EB Games has a special going. You can trade in 2 Xbox, GCN or PS2 games for a future game as a reserve and they will give you $20 credit.

Edit: Update!

Here are the only games this will work on...

Fable - Xbox
Spiderman 2 - ALL
Halo 2 - Xbox
Gran Turismo 4 - PS2
Grand Theft Auto San Andreas - PS2
Pikmin 2 - GCN
Star Wars Battlefront - PS2, Xbox
Dead or Alive Ultimate - Xbox
Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow - PS2, GCN
Madden 2005 - ALL
Tales of Symphonia - GCN

Driv3r - PS2, Xbox
Psi-Ops - PS2, Xbox
Rainbow Six 3 - GCN

This will *ONLY* work on the games ^^^ I just listed. Sorry for any confusion.

UPDATE 2: Here's the fine print and some details...

Offers valid 6/604 through 6/13/04. Selection may vary by store. While supplies last. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. All dates and prices subject to change. Customer may be responsible for sales tax in some states. Some titles are excluded from trade. Games require boxes and instructions. See sales associate for complete details.

Got any more details, like how long the promotion is lasting? Do we need to trade in 2 games to get the $20 credit. Your post is kinda vague on that.

Also, they probably won't take old sports games.

*sob* I just traded in FOUR GAMES for $15 this week, and I could have had $40.

The trick, folks, is to use the credit to reserve a game, and then cancel that reservation a few days later - BAM! You have the extra credit without having to get a certain game.

One more question, does anybody know if this works on Halo 2 Limited Edition as well as the normal one?

If it doesn't, just use the trick I posted to switch it over.

Find out if you have a Gamerush near you immediately. Their deals are hot and their used games are cheap right now. Way, way better deals than gamestop or eb.

Great deal... I'd trade in DJV and NBA street towards GT4, and perhaps others towards San Andreas. Of course, there's a good chance this deal doesn't apply to Canadian stores, in which case whoever makes decisions up in management needs to die.
