The difference in thread sizes is most likely due to us not knowing much about the new franchise. I mean really, the news was like "GTA4? PSH, new IP for Sony instead. We can't tell you anything else about it though, LOL." Had there been pics of the new IP that thread would've ballooned.

And yes, it's only Lair, but the game looked promising.
