Yeah, all that shipping and handling and tons of localization work surely justifies the higher price tag .
It would almost be a good argument if Sony did not itself debunk it quite a while ago commenting about how pricing content across worldwide PSN stores of Digitally Delivered content would have to be (and then saying it would have to be more even).
$5 and 7.99 Euros is not even pricing, it is called stupid EU people (and we are obviously or people would have fought back with their wallets a long time ago) allow us to be more competitive in the market we really care about... the U.S. one.
