Borderlands 3 was actually a bit cheaper ($2 for Super Deluxe) on GMG the week pre-orders went live.
But it's looking like GMG will never have it on sale again. They're now running a 10-game bundle offer.

Pre-orders are a part of this. And if anyone bought a game in the past two weeks it looks like they'll get the sale discounts as well.
Epic Store only a few months old and this first sale seems promising(and it's retroactive for two weeks). I've not seen anything like this on PlayStation Network, XBL or Steam in their 10+ years of existence.

I still see the prices in USD so I guess they haven't implemented my local currency yet. But it auto detects my country and adapts the prices.
Same with GOG.
Steam on the other hand charges in my local currency but it's pretty hit and miss with the prices. Some stuff is definitely cheaper while other stuff is actually more expensive than in the US (like Rage 2 is the equivalent of $66 right now)

I find it noteworthy that Shakedown: Hawaii is already 50% off and Operencia: The Stolen Sun at 75% and both have only been a month on the platform.

Guess the store wasn't doing too well since they're going back on their position of no sales ever. Still, this is the first good thing they've done for consumers, so kudos from me. Now stop doing exclusivity shit and make your goddamn launcher secure, and I might consider installing it.
