You won't be disappointed.

The first encounter with the alien is not going to be easy and requires you to learn how to behave in these sections. Prepare to get caught a lot in the beginning, you'll eventually get the hang of it although these encounters seem more than intimidating at first.

Mah, I didn't like Alien Isolation. The atmosphere was fantastic but it just felt like one long instant-fail stealth game. I got to a room packed with hostile people, then the alien, got frustrated and gave it up. Just not my kind of game.

If you only got to Chapter 3 then you haven't really played the game at all.

Git on dat SteamWorld Heist. Absolute tactics/strategy gem. Unique, charming, thoughtful, and I found it very fun. Replayed it twice.

It's amazing. It was amazing when it came out years ago, and it still holds up. Nothing like it at all. Highly recommended for pretty much anyone.

How long a game is Assault Android Cactus, and is it worth it for someone who likes stuff like Contra, Gunstar Heroes, Metal Slug etc., but isn't a fan of games that are based on replaying over and over just to get as higher score?
I really like the look of the gameplay, but I'm not sure if I like the look of how the game is structured in terms of it being split into arenas.

Godzilla is a horrible mess in my opinion. It is broken in every possible way and is unfun to play.

If you want a recommendation try Cannon Brawl. It is a great multiplayer game. It takes a while to understand how it works and to figure out the controls, but if everyone playing understand what they are going you will have great competitive match.

It can be a short game if you just 'beat' it, but the real meat of it lies in its 9 playable characters (with diverse strengths and weaknesses) as well as achieving S+ Ranks, which translates into not getting knocked down (read: lose all health) + killing every enemy within x seconds to maintain a combo chain. There's also an Infinite Mode, Daily Challenges, a Boss Rush mode and offline co-op for up to 4 players coupled with unlockables (like First-Person View) that change the pace. It being split in arenas is not much of an issue either since they vary in length thanks to their dynamic nature, but your mileage may vary of course.

I decided to try it, and I'm really enjoying it so far.
It reminds me of a PS1 game in the best sense, with cheats, unique and unlockable characters, arcade gameplay and local multiplayer. I'm not familiar with the character names yet, but the grey android with the laser is fun to play as.

I need to do this as well dude. I've barely played Bloodborne yet! (Played about 8 hours then got stuck, and haven't played it in about 16 months). Although there are still several games in this sale which I'm tempted by, so I just need to hold out for a couple of weeks for the temptation to go away!

Snap, got Bloodborne with DLC might as well hold off for a play through on Pro now, will do the same when I get Tomb Raider as well which I have preordered already.

I picked up Valkyria Chronicles, but I don't seem to be able to change the voice acting to Japanese. Does this only have english voices? The PS3 version has JP voices.
(The US English cast can't pronounce Germanic names!!)

There are Over 9000 (seriously) separate pieces of DLC available on PSN, and it feels impossible for me to manually check through it all to see sale prices. I feel like I will probbaly miss loads of stuff on sale by manually looking for things in this one, so it is probably best too wait for Sony to wake up on post a full list on their official blog.

Okay I think I reached my limit looking at unending DLC. I've found as much as I could and edited into the post above.

There is so much goddamn DOA5 DLC available I want to roll up and cry after seeing it all. The prices are INSANE. Help.

PS: I dont want to know what Invokers is either.

Welp, finally time to bite...

I know the Batman Season Pass isn't all that great, but considering the GOTY version is the Vanilla with DLC codes, picking this up in addition to a bargain bin version of the vanilla will see me come under the GOTY version.

With the current sale also, fucking broke!

Honestly, I thought Tearaway on Vita was clearly the better game. The pacing is far superior and I thought its use of the Vita's gimmicks was better overall than Unfolded and the Dualshock's gimmicks. Unfolded just didn't click as much for me. It's still really good though - if the original is a 9/10, Unfolded for me was a 7.5-8/10.

Appreciate the honesty/sobering thoughts. I actually became hesitant as soon as I realised you'd need the camera to get the full experience. Vita had everything in the palm of your hands, and that was part of the charm (rear touch and all) imo.

It's a great price, but I've got plenty on my plate right now. Thanks again!

If you haven't seen it yet, all Battlefield 4 DLCs are now free again - including:

-China Rising
- Naval Strike
- Dragon's Teeth
- Final Stand
- Second Assault

And if you get them all, prepare for 20+ GB download.

Waiting for the blog post/store update so I can see if there's any DLC I'm interested in. I'm tempted to get the Alienation season pass as I really love the devs Housemarque, but honestly I've barely played the full game.

Not in a hurry tbh. Got back into Bloodborne recently, still playing UC4 like crazy and won't really change much with all the MP stuff steadily coming, RE6 and RE5 are still bae, and Rise of Tomb Raider is coming in less than a month with all DLC and co-op, also a few games coming out soon and school taking up alot of time so I'll wait.

I just bought it, as this price seems fair for (I think) 4 story DLCs and who knows how many additional combat and racing challenges. And don't forget to grab some additional free DLCs that are available on the store (one challenge pack and few costumes and Batmobile skins).
