The Vita's already providing a valuable civic duty by giving all next-gen consoles a low bar to cross. If the Wii U/PS4/720 sells poorly fans will still defend it as not being "Vita-level" bad, and therefor a success, replacing the Dreamcast as the go-to failure platform.

You have a problem with constructive discussion too it seems. Folks discuss reality, you fall back and call everyone arm chair analysts. Folks crack jokes and have a little fun, you fall back and call them trolls. I think you are just tightly wound and need to relax.

A month or so after the Vita came out my local Target was having a clearance (red stickers) on all the Vita chargers and cases. When I saw that I was like "uh oh".

This one is funnier. But the question remains - if Vita threads bother people so much, why go in them? You know what you're going to get. I love my Vita, but I also love mocking it. In doing so I hope I can shame it into becoming so much more.

Being a launch Vita owner im glad that we all can crack jokes about the Vita's situation.We all just need to lighten up. Sure we want Vita to do well but since its not why not laugh at Sony's stupid asses. I paid alot of money for this expensive paper weight and it really baffles me how people pretend to be happy with it. I for one like the Hardware but besides that the Vita is a complete waste of money at the moment. Its sad when the main thing people look forward to is playing PS1 classics on a new console. I blame Nihilistic.

You can get a 32gb SD card that is a class 10 for 20 bucks on amazon. How is it that Sony thinks it can charge 4 times that amount for a goddamn Sony SD card? This is a huge reason why Vita is selling like shit.

Not to say it's not a clusterfuck of massive proportions, but I've honestly played more on my Vita recently than any of my other consoles. Dunno how people end up with consoles with no games - why buy it if nothing interests you? Isn't the saying 'never buy on potential'?

The Vita has games no doubt. I think its more about how Sony is handling the Vita. Right now i can agree that ive played it more than my home console but thats because my family is constantly using the only tv. Looking forward to AC3L though. Gotta admit this thread is funny though. Hey its my Vita and i need it now!
