I remember New Vegas was a pretty small file size on 360 too. Just over 3gb I think.
The Witcher 3 is only 8 gb bigger (on PS4)
Witcher 3 was 31 GB on Xbox One. Before it came out the Xbox One store said it was 25GB.

New Vegas was like 4Gb and Skyrim without HD textures on PC is like 7Gb.
Not really. I was surprised how small Skyrim was.

Games being 15+ GBs is hardly surprising at this point. It's really only when things get to the 40-50GB territory that I start sweating.
Side note: I know the Xbox One supports external drives but does the PS4? I can't swap out my HDD on the PS4 because of P.T. and wanna know if this is gonna be an issue in the future.

Use an external hdd to make a hdd backup, then you can swap drives and restore the backup
(I assume the base PC version will also be around this).Skyrim was like 3.3 gigs on 360. Smaller than Oblivion. Kinda nuts.

300 hours of dialog in 320 mp3s = ~28 gigabytes, that means that actual game is around ~0.12GB

I can remember the dicussion when they said that Skyrim would only be 6 or 7 GB And many many people accused them of having a shortass game.

I am going to guess a launch day patch will be an extra 5GB, which will probably be necessary to fix game breaking bugs and improve performance.
