Yes. It's like a mix of NSMB and Super Mario Bros 3. Classic 2D Mario formula in 3D with the star coins from the NSMB line of games added for extra value.
It's my favorite Mario.
3DS is the new DS, with no piracy and ability to play PS2/wii games. It can become the most successful machine ever.

If it has legs even after the Holidays, it could do it.
This is surprising. At this point, we can assume it'll cruise to 1.5M by the end of January. And maybe it'll keep the legs to grow steadily during the rest of the year, eventually crossing the 3M bar sometimes in 2013.
I thought the week after Christmas was generally bigger. I guess not, but it should still see a big number.
