It's a good game. Just a shame it ruins what could have been a good twist like ending by explaining precisely what's happening in the intro.

Spoiler: Don't click me!

In the intro there is a car accident and it's clear the player is a broken man in a coma and what happens in the game is a metaphor for the mind trying to wake up. What's worse, the game is structured in such a way the player could figure out the "twist".

Don't look at the spoiler and skip the intro. You'll thank me later.

Pretty good game. Finished it on Switch a couple of years ago. It was a colorful game with a fairly unique setting, dealing with depression and mental health issues. IIRC it had a musical theme too with bosses playing music or something like that.
