I cant GAF. This music gets me everytime. I dont know if it is just nostalgia but even after all these years this particular music and and the scene hits me hard. From 1:23 I am essentially almost bawling. Easily Zimmer's best work in my opinion.

So GAF which music from specific scenes in a movie make you emotional even today when you rewatch them? You will not be judged.

Battle of Endor Part II
Return of the Jedi; John Williams

When that part kicks in - an incredibly haunting, moving piece. It's so climactic without being unnecessarily loud or complicated. It doesn't yell 'EPIC' at you. It just is epic. It feels grand and it gives such a massive weight to Luke's final barrage.

Into the West as well... just listen to the lyrics.

LOTR music is incredibly touching. Bleh.

Ugh yeah. The first time I heard this, it had this weird effect on me where it immediately felt nostalgic and sentimental. It feels like a quiet, tearful farewell to our characters, and I can't help but think of my own loved ones when I hear it.

I love this too. It's got a really Bondian sound to it - exotic, romantic. But it's so much more tragic than anything we've heard previously in the Bond series. Coupled with the track 'Vesper', this is probably the best track of Daniel Craig's set.

EDIT:

Vesper by David Arnold from "Casino Royale"

Yeah, there we go!
