Some journalists in the sector are still talking about a playable demo of Final Fantasy VII Remake, which could be playable at the Square Enix stand for E3 2019.

According to this information, it seems that there is already someone who has had the chance to try this Demo.

Most likely a closed doors,"journalists-only" presentation that SE loves so much to do at E3s (and giving their middle finger to fans)

Wasn't the original FFVII demo just the bomber mission with like Shiva/Ifrit summons that came with the original PlayStation?

Wonder if they will do the same with this if this rumor is true.

Not sure if serious.
Based on some of his older posts, he is. A lot of people hate the fact that the remake is an action RPG instead of an old school turn-based JRPG and get serious FFXV vibes by watching it.

Me, I understand the frustration, but I don't mind the change.

Would be nice to get footage of it in action but I don't know how realistic an expectation that is.

I think that, if what they showed us in the last trailer is just a taste, I think there is a good chance for a demo of the game, public, but only playable at the Square Enix stands for E3 2019.
(since, in theory, marketing for the game should have already started)

I agree. If SE wanted to be as minimalist as possible, they could simply have hold the last trailer until E3 and call it a day. Instead, we've got it early and with a promise that we would see more of the game in june. So a demo is likely.

I thought it was confirmed. I could swear I read in a interview somewhere but can't remember who was the interviewee and where I read it.

I think there will be a demo (maybe just for journos) and I believe there will be videos.
