Am I the only one who understands that he is supposed to be spliced with an electric eel? 4 pages and not one person mentions the word 'eel'.

I'm sure they will use genetic splicing with electric eels as his origin. I had speculated about this when his character was announced a few months ago. It seems that they want to keep an animal theme going with The Lizard -> Spider-man -> The Rhino and now Electro as based on an electric eel.

Yeah, his skin color and texture does look like an eel.

Having read the interview at that link it sounds like he is going to be in 'The Soloist' mode with the character.

Watch everyone in this thread do a 180 when he wears the hoodie for 5 seconds on camera only to vaporize it in his first movie Super Saiyin powerup and it gets giffed 100 times because it looks cool.

It looks to me from the images that he is hiding his appearance and is in pain. He could have just gotten his powers or is in the process of getting them and having his appearance change. You don't cast Jamie Foxx to play a villain and not give that villans his own origin. That could be what the images are from and explains the hood. The come the battle it's likely gone and replaced by the CG.

First movie wasn't bad. Just over familiar with yet another origin story. I liked Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker. Got some of that comic spirit back.

As for the Jamie Foxx pictures. Come on guys calling a grabbed shot of a character with no post on it rubbish is a waste of time.

The first movie was horrible. The sequel doesn't look any better.
