i hate resting, i'm not good at it
honestly i don't think i know how to do it
When you’re working out every fucking day of course you don’t know how to do it. 2 days of rest and my body drops into this state - yeah I don’t want to work out. It’s so hard to start again. So one day is enough. I have to admit though that esting is beneficial.
yesterday was legs. 4 rounds of horror. Nordic hamstring curls and stiff leg dead lifts. Always the same shit killing my legs. did 40kg (2x20kg dumbbells) for the first time. That’s half my body weight. I guess I can increase at least 10kg for the stiff legs. Though I’m gonna go slow as I have no goal
