We've barely started the new season, and already we need a new OT, so here it is!

Thanks to CaramaC and elseanio for the awesome banner and league graphics respectively :)

What will happen?
- Will Villas Boas be a success at Chelsea?

Q. I'm looking to get more into watching football. Which team should I support?
A. The simple answer is, support whoever you want. But crucially, pick a team and stick with them, through the good times and the bad. If you change allegiances as soon as your chosen team has a bit of a hard time, you won't experience what it's truly like to be a fan. Besides, it just makes the good times all the better.

Q. Are there any matches being played today? / When is [X] game and is it on TV?
Check Live Football on TV for a list of upcoming matches. Note that the channels shown are mostly UK channels, but once you know the time of the game, you can check to see if it's being shown on local TV.

Why? It's all football related. Plus a lot of people who post in this thread are in the fantasy league, so I don't see what the problem is with discussing that. It's not like it takes up pages and pages anyway, except for the initial picking of teams a few weeks back.

I've just heard that Nasri had a go at the Arsenal fans after he secured his signing for City.
The man is a complete scumbag.

Also insinuating that City have more "passionate" fans is simply ludicrous.

I enjoyed tonight, Rovers have some great young players, the future would be bright if the present wasn't so utterly shit.

Also Paul can you add Fady as a fan for every club!

I was honestly baffled when I saw we even got a fee for him. I cannot believe that he has played Champions League football!

I liked Stokes, lots of talent, just a bad attitude when he was here; though I suppose being played mainly on the wing didn't help him progress. He seems to have made something of himself though, unlike our last Irish wonderkid Sean Thornton.

just woke up and saw the result from Udinese - Arsenal, and it feels weird since when I expect Arsenal to lose, they win, and when I expect them to win they lose. damn! I want to watch the highlights! hopefully one of my local tv channels here have a replay...

Did give you a mention in the previous thread. Thought Blackburn might of slipped up tonight with their current troubles but those early goals put that to bed. Rochina looks decent as well, You think he will get much playing time this season?

Adding Fady to every team would of been quality.
