Work trip. 2/3 days done. Tomorrow will be easy. Today was the toughest day. Went on site to a vendors location, talked business for 8 hours, factory tour for 1, and dinner for 3 hours. Finally back to my hotel room. Sleep then meeting in 9 hours for the last leg. On the plus side, when I land tomorrow I'll go straight home. Then Friday is the last half day for the summer hours season. But the bad news is I have 4 major projects I will need to recover a weeks worth of work from.

But I guess I get to tell people I ate at St Elmo's here in Indianapolis.

Honestly "aughhh" is pretty good lol.

I'm not at all a tattoo guy, but my buddy and I recently got a tilde (yes, this thing ~ ) tattooed on my foot in UV ink. It doesn't mean anything to us, it was just kind of a funny thing to do. Then our third friend got one a couple weeks ago, too.

Thank God someone finds it funny. I was beginning to question the greatness of the joke.

There's something like UV ink? That's pretty awesome!
 
I had a shitty night. I haven't had a shitty night for quite a while so I'm not used to them anymore. I don't like shitty nights.

Yeah, once the tattoo heals it's totally invisible unless under a blacklight. It's pretty neat.

I'm at the X of Sword Section of Hickman's X-Men Krakoa Era. So far the art and story is really good. I really like how detailed the backgrounds can get and the characters all go through interesting journeys so far

So I'm heading to a coworker's place for the weekend cause he wants to get badly drunk with me to thank me for my emotional support at work throughout the years. He's in his 60s but nice strict Romanian dude. He doesn't know I used to drink a bottle of vodka a day for 15 years so good luck with that.

In my late teens, early twenties I would drink on average fifteen pints of lager or cider and a double Jack Daniels with each pint as a chaser, every Thursday and Saturday without fail.

The worst drinking sessions I've ever done (that would 100% kill me now or at the very least hospitalise me), was when I consumed ☆on two separate occasions☆ seven bottles of spirits neat late morning through to the following day late into the afternoon.

Some were 70cl bottles and some were a 1L bottles. I was drinking straight from the bottles, Aftershock, Jack Daniels, Southern Comfort, Imperial Vodka, Smirnoff Black, Glenfiddich 21 year old single malt and finally Sierra Tequila Blanco. The first session I was ok, but the second session I'm pretty certain I had alcohol posioning. I haven't drank in twenty three years and don't miss it.

I accumulated all this via duty free when I went on holidays, so it accumulated quickly lol. I loathe drinking now and maybe have two gin and tonics at Christmas.
