Thank goodness you typed that slowly so that I had time to truly bask in how awful your argument is. Should I type this slowly for you too?Right, I'll go slowly with this as you and some others are obviously hard of thinking. Would you have been able to get GPU for one dollar if you hadn't already paid for XBL? No, therefore the money you spent on XBL is factored in to what you needed to pay OVERALL to get that GPU deal....how do people find this so hard to understand.
I already had XBL. It was an expense/service that I already planned for since I'm a console gamer and console gaming companies are assholes who make me have a subscription to play online. Then after I maxed out my XBL/PSN time (which is 3 years on Xbox and 6 on Sony) thanks to amazing deals at CDkeys on both, MS came along and offered me GPU for a dollar for 3 years since I already was a member of XBL. How lovely of them to give me GPU on top of something I already bought FOR JUST A DOLLAR.
And then they came along and said with Microsoft Rewards, I could continue to add a month of GPU to my account for free each and every month. Now this is the part where you tell me the GPU I'm earning in Microsoft Rewards isn't actually free because I had to pay for the Internet service required to access Rewards. Hurrrr
