I have it, but I've only played through the first level and some of the second. I usually start a game, translate a little bit, get a headache and turn it off. :lol
- It's very unfriendly if you don't know Japanese and you're not using a walkthrough. Lots of quests, NPCs to talk to and puzzles to solve, like Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon (N64).
- Amazing graphics. It's basically Okami on the DS. Very attractive menus, lots of nice art. More effort was put into this than any other Goemon game. The backgrounds were designed by KUSANGI, who also designed the backgrounds for FF7, Xenogears, FF9, etc.
- Sweet music. Lots of remixes, but they sound better than the N64. Lots of speech.
- The gameplay is basically like Legend of the Mystical Ninja, but dungeons and bossfights I've played were on an isometric views.
- Switching between regular controls and touch controls is cumbersome. For example, you can kill the domino-guys far easier with the touch screen control than by having Goemon himself attack them. It seems kinda useless.
- Elements within the map that can be manipulated with the touchscreen will be glowing yellow.
- The second screen is mostly used for a map, but it's actually kind of useful when you're unfamiliar with an area, since the graphics are so rich.
