Governor Cuomo suddenly wants to reopen New York. "We simply cannot afford to stay closed until the vaccine hits"

A bunch of restaurant owners in Buffalo (90 at least) successfully sued NY to reopen for indoor dining under yellow zone rules. Erie County is currently an orange zone even though our numbers are lower than other parts of the state still in yellow. Cuomo is just making shit up as he goes.

Happy for the restaurants and their workers and anyone who wants to dine in (I won’t be tho).
