I just got gold on the first super license. The final one seems like a ball ache.

S-4 is a bit tricky because of the walls.

S-7 was the hardest for me and still is. The speed and agility of the car make it hard to master.

S-10 is doable with driving assists. Consider high traction control and maybe even countersteer assist to help you out. No shame in that since it is still not easy with these. And take it slow and steady. Aim for bronze and work yourself up. Don't force it.

Did you hear they made the times for gold harder a few months ago? S10 is still the same tho.

Yes, but they also overhauled the physics with update 1.31 significantly.

They adjusted the requirements for gold, silver and bronze to make up for the impact this had and also wiped the leaderboards.

It still shows the time you achieved before this update should you've driven it before and it's quite interesting to see where I could be faster or where the previous time was unobtainable. Especially Gr.1 and Gr.2 got nerved here.

Biggest proof would be IA-5.

Not just harder for the sake of it.

Ok gotcha. Great game though especially now with VRR and 120fps support.

Went to see the movie today. So intense.

Just completed the campaign. Have earned about 6M so far with 4M in the bank. Probably my favourite turismo so far.

Have most of my licenses but need to finish them off. Dabbled in the mission's and track experience so will focus on that now.

Managed to get a silver time and a cool million reward in the most recent sport mode race. Have yet to try multiplayer properly. 35 hours in what a game. Maybe it's the 120fps but something about this feels special.

Have 15M in the bank now and I've just 2 legendary cars left for the plat. The Ferrari and jaguar. Anyone know if they're likely to reappear soon?
Just have to check the Legendary daily. There is no formula, I don't believe.

You can also check here without logging into the game.

Even has data for when the dates of the cars appeared so you can guesstimate and also price changes.

Here is another good one as well with a legacy list.

Sweet. The other car is the Ferrari 300 right? Looks like it could be this month also. Cheers.

Edit:

Mazda 3 Super Taikyu Race Car Will be Coming to Gran Turismo 7

The recent Mazda Fan Festa event at Fuji Speedway in Japan has revealed that a new vehicle from the brand will be coming to Gran Turismo 7 in a future update.

Revealed as part of an on-site esports event, the Mazda Spirit Racing GT Cup 2023 at Fuji Speedway, the car in question is a Super Taikyu series vehicle campaigned by Mazda itself. It’s based on the Mazda 3 hatchback, which made its debut in road car form in Gran Turismo 7 earlier this year alongside the environmental update for Fuji Speedway. However the car is upgraded to withstand the rigors of the endurance racing series, along with mandatory racing equipment.

Mazda races the vehicle in the ST-Q category, for alternative-fuel vehicles. To that end, the car (officially called the Mazda 3 Bio Concept) is powered by biodiesel, and it’s actually an evolution of a similar concept built into a Mazda 2 which the team campaigned in 2022. Mazda also runs a compressed natural gas-powered MX-5 in the same category.

Its existence as an in-game vehicle was first revealed via a document given to drivers and staff at the Mazda Spirit Racing GT Cup 2023 event and posted on social media. Further images of the document revealed that the car will be known in game as the Mazda3 Gr.4, and will therefore join the existing Mazda Atenza as an available vehicle in the Gr.4 category. It will be available in both the ST-Q white livery and the gray Mazda Spirit Racing livery we’ve seen introduced on other Mazda vehicles in the game. Of course we don’t have exact specifications for the in-game vehicle just yet, but the Super Taikyu car runs a 300hp version of the 2.2-liter SkyActiv-D turbodiesel, which uses a custom Garrett GTX series turbo made by Garrett for the car.

We don’t yet know when the Mazda 3 Gr.4 will become available in Gran Turismo 7, but with it being a playable machine in the special event build (and attendees being allowed to talk about it on social media) we can’t imagine it’s going to be too far down the line. Whether that’s as soon as the next update (which we’re expecting to be some time around Thursday September 28) remains to be seen. That update will also likely unlock the Toyota GR Corolla Morizo Edition and Toyota Himedic Ambulance in Brand Central for all players, following the early access period in August.

Gran Turismo 7’s Next Update is Coming September 28, Adds Three New Cars

Gran Turismo series creator Kazunori Yamauchi has confirmed that the next content update for Gran Turismo 7 will be coming along next week, and given a sneak peak into the contents.

Yamauchi posted his traditional “silhouette” teaser Tweet earlier this morning, confirming that the update would be coming neext week. That coincides with a server maintenance window posted for the week, scheduled for 0600-0800 UTC on Thursday, September 28. The silhouette shows three cars heavily disguised by shadow, but there’s sufficient clues to identify all three without too much difficulty.

Firstly we have a car that was recently used in a special Mazda event in Japan. It’s a vehicle that’s based on a Super Taikyu race car from the brand, the Mazda 3 Bio Concept, but looks set to be named as just “Gr.4” in the game. It will join the Atenza as Mazda’s Gr.4 offering, a class loosely based on the real-world GT4 category.

One car we’ve known about for a considerably longer time appears at the top of the image: Phil Robles’ Honda Civic. This car took the Gran Turismo Award at SEMA in 2017, and we’d seen the GT team scanning the vehicle in 2019, so it’s fair to say that this hot Civic has been a long time coming.

They’ll be joined by a third new-to-series vehicle, and a third front-wheel drive performance car, in the shape of the current Honda Civic Type R. This “FL5” model will be the fourth of the six Civic Type R generations to have a presence in GT7, and is the current FWD record holder at the Nordschleife.

There’ll be two additional new vehicles available in Brand Central with this update too. That’s because the Toyota GR Corolla ’22 and Toyota Himedic Ambulance will become available to buy, making it the first opportunity for those who missed out on picking the vehicles up in August to own them.

As usual, the silhouette Tweet only shows what the car content of this update will be. There’s no word yet on any new tracks (which are well overdue, with the most recent being back in February) or features, races, or special events. Information pertaining to that will likely come nearer the update, with PD traditionally posting a video relating to the update’s contents the day before it arrives and more detail appearing in the patch notes when it does.
