Can You Imagine What SureAI Is Going To Do With Garfield?
Now this isn't one of those "it seems to be an emergency but I'm going to consult GAF first" type of posts.

However, over the last couple weeks, maybe more, I've noticed that my stool has been green. On the tissue, it's usually a medium or light green in color.

I did a little research on Google and from what it says it could be a side effect of medication or something I ate. I will admit I've eaten 'Oops! All Berries' a couple times this week and figured the dye in that food might be the problem. However, I haven't had any of that in a couple of days and I'm still having this issue. I did take a couple anti-anxiety meds last night but that's never, to my knowledge, caused this to occur.

As another note, I do have a weak stomach. I tend to go to the bathroom a lot. I believe, though, that might be due to depression and anxiety I have as well as insomnia, which has gotten worse over the past week or so.

I don't think any of this is reason enough yet to go to a doctor along with the fact I can't afford one and do not have insurance. I'm just wondering if anyone else is familiar with these symptoms and what it could be.

stop eating grass
My diet is varied. I probably eat more cold cuts during the week when compared to other things although it's generally pretty balanced. I rarely eat something like spinach and maybe a salad once in awhile. But, most of the time, I consume a variety of foods. Yesterday, all I had was white rice and then of course the medication. However, I've taken alprazolam before without it ever causing this.

I do have a suspicion I might have an ulcer. As mentioned, I do have problems with depression and anxiety and have been more down for the last few days then I normally am. If I do have an ulcer, it might be due to having bad anxiety over the decades. Not sure if that would factor in to all this.

Lactose intolerance will cause it too.

eating a lot of spinach, lettuce, etc will cause this to occur.
I barely eat any green foods. As mentioned, closest I had was 'Oops! All Berries' which does have green dyed puffs but that was days ago.

I think the whole thing is peculiar because this is something that's never happened before during my life and I've just noticed it recently plus it seems to be happening more frequently.

Yes I did as I mentioned in my OP. In fact, that was one of the articles I read.

It's probably the cereal. I get the same thing when I eat too much Lucky Charms or Crunch Berries. You gotta switch up those breakfast foods every once in a while, man.

It probably is the cereal. I guess it cause it even after a couple days of not eating it. I'm just also considered because I've been going through more depression over the few days which has a tendency to make my stomach looser (especially if I'm going through a lot of anxiety) so I was wondering if it could be a sign of an ulcer. Maybe I will have to lay off that cereal if that is the case simply for the fact the dye causing that can't be healthy for your system.

Just take some Pepto, it will turn black.

In addition to the cereal, if you have been drinking purple or blue sports drinks/soda/etc (gatorade, mountain dew, kool-aid), it will make your stool green.

It was the cereal. You still probably had some remnants of it leftover.

I can't eat Trix without getting the neon green doodoo.
