Green tea latte, have you tried home-made?

Home made, using my electric milk frother, get that warm milk, drop 2 Itoen tea bags, soak for 3 minutes, add some more froth milk.
Very nice! Not as difficult as coffee to get that right taste.
I find Itoen teabag a fine mix of bolder flavour and convenience over other teabags and full leaves.
Sure purists will go for boiled tea leaves and all.

Never had a green tea latte of any kind. Sounds nice though.

Cool it and pack some ice cubes in there try that too. Spring is around the corner.

Yes cold green tea latte is a thing too. :messenger_blowing_kiss:
I just do it early and leave it in the fridge until its chilled.
No ice cubes please, fresh milk infusion only.

Matcha's on the list of things that I think I'll continue to pay someone to make for me. I know my limits, and getting the whisking *just right* is something I know I'll never master.

Obligatory shilling for the loose-leaf tea thread.

I've made it a few times at home, but I much prefer to use a black tea or a pu'erh for a latte of this kind. I like the flavor of green tea, just not with milk added. It tastes funny to me.
