I assume this has the 'extended' scenes added in? I never watched it despite owning the LE..

The extended version thing wasn't true actually, it was just all the episodes edited togheter, and the trailers available after credits, along with blooper reel.
I was pretty disappointed about that...

Yeah there was't any actual new content added as far as I could tell. The only real change is that they put all of the Cortana scenes from the beginning of each episode into one combined scene at the beginning of the movie.

There's no download, it just lets you stream the movie through Halo Waypoint. :/
