I really wish there was a multiplayer mode that let you keep your spartans custom colors, even if you were on a team.
I know i'm a keen gamer and can tell the difference between friend and foe by names above heads, but i'm guessing the casual player would just shoot anything that moved, blue arrow above head or not. :'(

I still like this version of the Knight a lot more:

He makes a valid point, however halo games don't come out every year. I suspect at LEAST 2 years before Halo 5, I would prefer 2.5-3

I was in the chat for about twenty minutes, but didn't say anything. I just watched. There were some comments made about me, but many more about others. That behavior makes this community a lot shittier.
I don't see why I'd be banned. I don't want to shit up the thread, but there's a contingent of people in this thread who consistently go out of their way to make fun of and, yes, bully other members. It happens in the thread, it happens in Tashi's stream, it happens in the Facebook group. Bullying is a strong word, one that sounds laughable when applied to adults, but I think it's accurate. The pattern is pretty clear:
- Talk shit about someone.
- Say it was a joke.
- Call them sensitive.
- Blame them for causing the conflict.
I don't put up with this shit offline, either. I don't know anyone who does. And do you really think this is about getting people to like me? Really?
This is the last I'm saying about this tonight. But I'm definitely not done talking about it.

Gotcha. But to your other point, real life and online interactions don't work the same way. You can knock someone's teeth out for shit talking you in real life (or deal with it diplomatically), but you can't go around trying moderate people's speech on the internet. You have the tools to block communication with certain people, use them or grow thicker skin because for the most part it's just teasing. Just my opinion.

I think a lot of people (including myself) would disagree with you. People tease each other, make fun of each other, talk shit about each other. It's a form of sarcasm.
I seriously doubt that anyone (with the possible rare exception) is being intentional malicious/hurtful to anyone.
I don't think it was a comment about people taking a shit on you or however you want to phrase it, it's about dealing with different people's cadence in conversation. Some people will rub you the wrong way, and for the most part in the professional world, you have to learn to deal with it.
There is a difference between this and people being flat out disrespectful and rude, which of course is another case.

There's good points within his statements. He's not the first to make analyzed predictions of future titles, but he's over-analyzing it abit.

I think its just that people see things like streams as outside the confines of the thread where more things are permissible, though Tashi's stream isn't private it does feel that way sometimes and people post stuff there that would never fly here. Hell I remember we were posting borderline porn in Tashi's stream once.
Talking about people behind their back, giving your opinion of someone to someone else without them knowing is something that happens all the time. It isn't meant to get out and offend anyone, but the stream provides a false sense of security of no one else is watching.
There's also the deal with different people react differently to "offensive" things. I know that I rarely get that offended and worked up over things. I absolutely love crude humor and feel I have a tough skin against a lot of things.
