Super Mario Advance 4, Zelda: Minish Cap, and Pokemon Ruby were played for hours and hours of my time back then.

The Tony Hawk games on GBA were surprisingly good too.

The first handheld game library to truly age like fine wine.

Very easy to get a library of 40+ games, comprised of games both old, new, and re-imagined. Metroid: Zero Mission, Kirby: Nightmare In Dream Land, Advance Wars, Zelda Minish Cap, and also some strong third party games like the Sonic Advance and Mega Man Battle Network series.

The system so nice I bought it...six times. Holy GBAs.

Also I always pronounce it "jeeba" and then people don't like me :(

Partial to the Color, myself, but the GBA has a fantastic library and was a keystone of my gaming experience as a squirt.

Every take this opportunity to play Mother 3.

Damn...
First system I ever pre-ordered. I always remember going to sleep the night before thinking about how the next day of school would drag because I would want to get it so much, and then when I woke up my mother surprised me by going to the store with my pre-order and picking it up for me, so I would already have it.

Good times.

Beautiful console. I have such great memories of it.

I got it only recently (bought from a very generous GAFfer, in fact!), but I absolutely adore my backlit GBA:

Amazing library too, even if most of it were ports, it had great original games.

Mario & Luigi
The Golden Sun games
Metroid Fusion & Zero Mission
Megaman Zero series
Megaman Battle Network series
Advance Wars and its sequel
The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap
Mother 3

Many good times were had. My GBA got me through many boring work days. Lots of Metroid Fusion/Zero Mission at my old job. Had one of those Solar Paks for it too, so it would stay charged pretty much all the time (had a good window seat).

This was basically my Mother 3/Rhythm Tengoku machine.

I didn't really explore the library much. I wasn't a handheld person back then.

The GBA is probably my favourite platform of all time. There were so many interesting games to stand alongside the faithful instalments in many great franchises.

I'm not much of a collector so I got rid of most of my games as I finished them. I still buy the occasional game to try out the ones I missed over the years. I wish piracy wasn't so rife on eBay as it really makes it so much harder to do. And it doesn't help that some of the games I missed (like Aria of Sorrow) are now really expensive.

Forgot I modded my GBA last year with a backlight kit. I'll be using it again in a few weeks for the FFV 4JF.

This system is the home of the only Harvest Moon game I've ever loved. Friends of Mineral Town.

I've tried so many since then, including Rune Factory, but for some reason nothing has been able to compare to FoMT. Not even sure why. I think it might be the perfect balance between simplicity and complexity that the game has, with future entries not even coming close to achieving the same.

One of my favourite systems and one that I have some mighty huge nostalgia for. Mother 3, Superstar Saga, Fire Emblem Blazing Sword, Warioware Twisted, so many classics.

I may be making a bold statement here but, I honestly think the GBA was my all time favorite gaming console.

I played thousands of hours on mine. All kinds of games, mostly RPGs/jRPGs. I played at dinner, at night, in the morning, under blankets and forts, outside, at parks, in school, on the crapper, etc.

I really loved the thing.

Such wonderful memories with this handheld. One of my favorites or I should say: my favorite. The original GBA the comfiest portable console ever made and I hope Nintendo returns to this design on their next handheld.

Everyone should play Wario Ware Touched. I'ts perfect and fun in every way.

The GBA is one of the greatest gaming platforms to ever come into the world. It will forever hold a special place in my heart.

I'll be honest I had a GBA and I'm pretty sure I only owned 3 games for in it's lifetime. 2 Pokemon games and Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga.
