Phil is a master negotiator imo. How else he managed to keep Xbox alive from the shareholders sharks, create Xbox OneX, GPU, SXSS, Zenimax buyout. This skills have made for the betterment of XGS and consoles in general. Without Xbox shouldering on, I fear games will stagnate.
