Fox 21 and Hulu have teamed for a television series based on Hitman, the global best-selling video game from IO Interactive. A pilot script will be written by Derek Kolstad, creator of the John Wick action film series, who wrote the first film and scripted the third one that will be released in 2019.

I think a TV series has a better chance of nailing the feel of the games than the movies did, so I'm optimistic.

Also, a few days ago it was revealed that IOI was working on a new Hitman game, but in this article they claim that they are actually working on two.

The latest game is simply called Hitman, and it sold 7 million copies. Two more Hitman games are in development at IO Interactive.

Is one of these Season 2 or is that no longer in the cards?

Season 2 has been confirmed for a while. The other game might be something for Mobile maybe, or a Hitman Sniper Console Edition.

Hope they can find a good actor that fits the role. They need to find someone that can pull off the voice + the cold style that he presents in the games.

David Bateson would have been perfect if they used him years ago, he's a bit old now though.

Love it. Can't get enough Hitman games. I even recently began playing through Contracts again. Not sure about the TV series though.
