I ate like a savage animal today and I'm about to get some more food.

Had:
Breakfast-
Onion Bagel with onion creme cheese spread, spinach and smoked sausage.

Lunch-
Taco Bell $5 Big Box:

Taco
Cheesy Gordita Crunch
Burrito Supreme
Mini Chicken Quesadilla

Dinner is about to be In-N-Out or Five-Guys.

This is the most food I've eaten in a while. Wait... I'm lying. I had like 3 pounds of BBQ on Sunday when with my family. That doesn't even include the snacks and other things I had that day.

Usually not that much, I get hungry and then it passes. Plus, I hate being full at any time other than once my day is over.

I had a bagel and a coffee for breakfast, no lunch, then split a burger, fries, and a hearty salad with my girlfriend at dinner.

Today?

Breakfast: banana

Lunch: two sushi rolls

Dinner: dunno yet

Pretty standard, but at my other job there's a box of biscuits I can't help myself from snacking on constantly.

In the morning I tend to have one of those apple sauce packets. At lunch I make a sandwich with a couple slices of cheese, pickles, and some ham or turkey. For dinner, I tend to oven cook some fish with some rice and veggies.

I recently discovered that I like eating fish and have 4 different kinds of fish that I bought from Costco.

Kind of disturbing, but I'm realizing that my Mom's cooking is bland as hell and she overcooks everything. I hated fish for so long and I'm now discovering that it can be tasty as hell if prepared right.

Now I'm wondering if pork chops aren't supposed to have the texture of an old tire.

My mom is hell bent against any of us getting food poisoning so she sterilizes food.

Since I'm dirt poor and trying to go low-carb, I've been having a certain amount of success eating at around 1500 calories a day, four meals.

Usually it's cream cheese/egg pancakes for breakfast, a cheese-based meal for lunch, a soup for my snack and then, a tofu or beef/chicken based meal for dinner.

I find that if I eat starchy stuff, I'm never full and I overeat, contributing to my somewhat poofy figure.

Not nearly as much as I should. It's 1pm here and all I've had today is some milk tea.

Breakfast - Coffee. 12-30 oz depending

Lunch - Sandwich or sometimes a burrito. Chips on side.

Dinner - Home cooked meal, balanced.

Then like 36-64 oz of beer most nights. I should really switch to hard liquor.

Trying to get to auschwitz mode so I can get a lean face. For the past few weeks I've mostly eaten: two protein shakes, boatloads of water, black coffee and diet soda and whatever I have lying around that's <300 calories (usually a fried egg and poached chicken breast) every day. Today I broke down and got a big mac from McDonald's. Only other thing I could eat was a single protein shake so I had to down like 6 water bottles trying to keep myself full lol. I try to eat the most filling thing right before bed so I can sleep properly.

Is this normal for you? Are you trying to gain weight?

It fluctuates pretty often, some days I'll eat an absurd amount of food, but then other days, especially when I'm feeling down or anxious, I'll just forget to eat or not feel like food at all. It's a bit of a mess, but as long as I'm not surpassing my current weight, I'm happy.

Breakfast: Branflakes, which I fucking hate but I'm trying to stay...somewhat healthy?

Lunch: Sandwich from Tesco which is either Tuna or Chicken.

Dinner: Anything I can buy really, something with Pasta

Drinks: About 4-6 bottles of water a day.

EDIT: My doctor said I've got the best colesterol he's seen with a guy at 26, even though I'm quite a chubby guy. I try to eat healthy, I just don't exercise much sadly since I left my last job of stock work. Standing at a till for about 7 hours doesn't do anything for me.

That sounds real good.

I try to eat about 2800 calories a day or so.. it's difficult to get that number consistently because I skip meals a lot out of laziness or lack of hunger.

Typical day is:

Breakfast:
Bowl of cereal with whole milk (~500 cal)

Lunch:
Footlong from subway or some equivalent amount of food (~1000 cal)

Snacks:
Bag of chips and a protein bar or clif bar (~500 cal)

Dinner:
Chicken tacos or a quesadilla or something (who knows, hopefully about 800 calories)

Not much. Today I had no breakfast, a bowl of macaroni and cheese and a few pieces of candy for lunch, a granola bar when I got home, and a bowl of chicken noodle soup with some crackers around nine or ten. This is probably a middling day for me; sometimes I eat more, and sometimes less.

I weigh around 130 pounds, give or take a few.

I generally only eat once a day. Usually dinner. Having to force myself to eat something small for breakfast now because I have to take meds sucks.

breakfast:
water
redbull
nature valley granola bar.
(300~ calories)

lunch:
sandwich
fresh fruit or chips
(700~ calories)

dinner:
some form of meat/vegetable (usually beef/potatoes)
(400~ calories)

snack after dinner/workout:
goldfish crackers or fruit.
(200~ calories)

it's about 1500-1700 calories a day I guess. I workout for about an hour every day with 30 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of cardio.

I count calories to stay thin/fit, but will usually cheat on the weekends.

Bowl of cereal for breakfast, PB&J + a piece of fruit for lunch, regular dinner.

OP has a terrible diet. Fast food twice in one day? I limit that shit to once a week.

For the last two months it's been:

1AM - Pop-Tart or BelVita breakfast biscuit.
6AM - Cold cut sandwich (2 slices of meat, 1 slice of cheese, usually some spinach).
2PM - Bowl of Cereal

I'll slip back to something better once I'm not working 7 days a week.

Usually around 2,400-2,800 cal to keep my weight where's its at, im pretty active so i don't need to specifically watch what i eat too much. Usually just snack throughout the day, breakfast and dinner are the only set meal times that i try to stick to.

Too much.

Cottage cheese and blueberries for breakfast, along with coffee
Salad with chicken, croutons and light caesar dressing for lunch
Chicken or fish and a veggie for dinner
Protein bar

But if someone has chocolate around or chips or I'm craving something, I have zero will power and it's screwing me really badly.

Really need to lose 10-20lbs again...

Probably around 2200 calaories. I dont move around much, and am 6foot1 and 190lbs. I should probably be 175. So, I'm about 15lbs overweight (I'm not a muscular guy).

Breakfast was 2 slices of bacon, 2 eggs, half cup of baked beans and two handfuls of vegetables.

Lunch was some steak, vegetables, and a few slices of cheese. Had an apple for dessert.

Dinner was charcuterie: slices of cheese, salami, nuts, and an apple.

Also had a snack with coffee and cookies.
