If she can draw a human, she can draw an elf. Especially if she's going for "realistic" elves.

For high elves / sun elves, draw a somewhat short, thin, pretty human. They'll tend to have fair complexion and fair hair. Generally tend to be intellectual and cosmopolitan. Now make ears pointy. Voila!

Wood elves, generally shorter still, more athletic and lithe, so more muscle tone. A bit darker complexion reflecting a life outdoors.

Can't be more specific than that because the above is kind of an average of the typical generic D&D elf and Tolkien and other properties.

That is amazing. The skin is the only thing that looks a little weird but no way would you pick it if you weren't told it is CG. I think the lips, teeth and eyes are probably the most amazing part. And there's no uncanny valley (not for me anyway). Amazing.

It DOESN'T look real. I knew it was CGI as soon as i looked it it. The skin looks like it's made of candle wax.

It looks fantastic, don't get me wrong, but you can tell it's fake.
