Kojima can still learn from his master.

As a has been, he was a better was then most designers have ever been.Has been.
Not making a good game since 2008 makes you officially a "has been", Devil's Third messy development and failure both critically and commercially is proof you can have all the vision in the world but it's your staff that makes that vision a reality. As a has been, he was a better was then most designers have ever been.

The guy's an ego maniac and i doubt he learned a lesson in these 4 years since DT's failure.
Mgs V came out in 2015 and 4 years later Death Stranding will come out next week.So Kojima and Itagaki are on the same level then?
Just Itagaki has less best friends.
All of Itagakis games equal more then Kojimas so he earned that holiday, and can still come back.Mgs V came out in 2015 and 4 years later Death Stranding will come out next week.
Regardless of how you personally think of MGSV it was a massive success both critically and commercially, the gameplay was great and the game ran like butter on all consoles, and he never stopped making games, MGS4 (2008), MGS PW (2010), early stages MGR(2013), and his name is still relevant and command a lot of attention and hype.
Which can't be said about Mr. Oatmeal here, so your argumant fall flat on it's face like DT did.

According to whom? Doa is a joke of the FGC and at best a poor man's Virtua Fighter. All of Itagakis games equal more then Kojimas so he earned that holiday, and can still come back.
it’s not his fault what Team Nija Dog did to his games.

I like you soThe guy is a one hit wonder with Ninja Gaiden
The rest of his career has been decidedly average
And Ninja Gaiden is 15 years old now
AmenNinja Gaiden was a fantastic game. If Itagaki can capture the magic of that title again, I'll welcome him back personally.
It wasn't great, but I liked it. There was just something about it that I enjoyed. The over the top shit was awesome and funny at times. How many of you insulting Devil's Third actually played it?
Who is this guy?

He made 2 good games NG1 and NG2, and as a director has no significance or impact on the gaming landscape unlike Kojima who revolutionized the medium with MG1 and MGS.
Historical revisionism is trualy a plauge.
Watch the same posters that are hyping him up turn on him if he does a PlayStation project.imagine if he's coming back for a playstation project...
i just hope he doesn’t make another flop like Devil’s Turd.New Ninja Gaiden, when?
Even if we do have Nioh.
Pick up the phone Tecmo/Team Ninja. Make a NG reboot game with all the awesomeness of NG that was previously seen on Xbox.New Ninja Gaiden, when?
Even if we do have Nioh.

Never played it, but it sounds like the next morning after a night of binge drinking on Jägermeister.
