Yeah, it would. But the money made from that wouldn't be nearly as much as this.
Wii U is already dead, so might as well get some software sales for the 3DS


Smash should be able to get over 9-10 million sales combined I feel. (If I'm way off, someone correct me.)

Depends on how content they are with the 3DS version.

Besides isn't the handheld versions of their games more popular than console? (Ex. MH)

...Nintendo should have aimed for Amiibos being on 3DS first rather than relying on Wii U.
