Yeah like I said I don't mind not posting the undies and stuff it's just I thought the purpose of getting rid of hot girl/hot guy threads was to get rid of them completely. I didn't know you could get around that by using NSFW.

Not in my experience. Of course I won't deny that there are a lot of guys with tattoos, and if they're not too big and/or ugly, it can be pretty hot.

No but they don't understand many issues, neither do we for them. The transexual threads are a good example of why the content wouldn't work here, I fell the same way about lesbians. They can have their own thread.

I say we make it as inclusive as we can. I've been to one gay/bi sex bar/club, and it was full of both men and women. A whole lot of straight people too.

True but i do personally think its highly important to communicate together. Any Trans Gaffer should feel welcome and accepted to post in both this thread and the transgender thread

So the solution for lack of understanding is exclusion? You and I couldn't be more philosophically divorced on this. Dilution of message is absurd, build a better message!

If the mods decree it a boys club, then so be it. Until then, get used to voices other than your own here.

I think it depends on intent or the reasons why people are using a certain social context. If it is geared primarily towards sex, sure, why would women (etc) be there? But if you're just going there to have fun or socialize, why wouldn't they be welcome?

Allowing women to participate in this thread dilutes nothing - everybody might learn something from everybody else. I feel absurd even having to tell you this. It's LGBT, together, for good reason. There's no reason that this can't be a safe place for all people that fall under the LGBT umbrella.

Open your eyes.

Then why don't you go fucking make your own thread and post about everything you love all the time, like your circumcision, leather gear, AIDs, and all that stuff.

This is not a BAR. This is not a CLUB. This is a SAFE, INCLUSIVE space for LGB (and T, although they've got another space as well) individuals to discuss goings-on in their lives, and to occasionally seek help from other nice folks in this thread.

If you can't contribute to a discussion well, THEN DON'T. It's not a fucking puzzle, just don't contribute if you don't think you can do it well. Not everyone is going to enjoy or be able to participate in every discussion that happens, and that's totally fine. Your participation is not REQUIRED.

Your attitude is gross.

I can't say I've noticed a higher frequency, then again I only have one gay friend IRL. Anyway, I don't have any facts to back this up(so take it with a grain of salt), but there seems to be a tendency for the LGBT community in general to more easily relate/accept things that are considered socially shameful, but are otherwise relatively harmless. And, while tattoos aren't completely demonized, there is still a bit of a stigma about them(e.g. the idea that people who get tattoos are simply attention whores). So IF gay men are more likely to get tattoos, that could probably be a factor.

What I'm curious about is the pervasiveness of Nautical Stars:

Seriously, I can't watch even watch porn without seeing at least a few guys with these.
