A smaller title like Mantis Burn Racing would definitely benefit from cross-play. I'm not sure how the other platforms hold up, but Steam Charts don't paint a pretty picture for the PC version. If the game follows the current indie trend and sells well on Switch, it could give a boost to both the PC and Xbox communities.

Yep, which is why cross play is necessary. Imagine if those 500 players were spread across all platforms instead of being able to play together, cross play gives smaller multiplayer games a chance to survive past launch weekend.

Helps with the bigger games too, because players in Asia/Africa/Oceania have a chance of being matched with players near them instead of having to play people in Europe/America and deal with the lag.

Devs/publishers should put pressure on Sony by not releasing their games on that system unless they approve of crossplay.

But unless those devs/pubs are super big, i doubt it would lead to any major changes.

I seem to be in a minority but I don’t really want crossplay with pc. Far too many cheaters on that platform.....

Do you play pc games? PC is my primary platform going back years and I've never come across a cheater in any game that I can think of. In fact, the only time I've played with cheaters, has been on console.
