Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope launches October 20

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope will launch for Switch on October 20, publisher Ubisoft and developer Ubisoft Milan announced.

The game will be available in standard and Gold editions. The latter includes:

• The base game
• The season pass which contains upcoming downloadable content packs, including additional story content featuring new heroes, quests, and battles.
  Also includes the “Galactic Prestige Pack,” with three exclusive and supremely stylish weapon skins for your team, unlockable right away. Save the galaxy, but do it with pizzazz!

About
Cursa, a mysterious and malevolent entity seeks out energy to further its nefarious plans, plunging the galaxy into chaos. Twisting the planets with its evil influence, it’s determined to consume all the energy of the Sparks, uncanny creatures formed by the fusion of Lumas and Rabbids, and destroy all who stand in its way. To bring order back to the galaxy and save the Sparks, Mario, and friends team up with Rabbids heroes in a journey through mysterious and ever-surprising planets.

The gameplay of the first wasn't really my bag but I would've kept playing it if it didn't have some of the worst 30fps motion stutter I've ever seen in a game, I have a TV with a panel that has really long PRT, so it naturally blurs 24/30 fps content and it was quite sickening to play tbh so I gave up.

They really need to add camera motion blur for the sequel imo.

Mario + Rabbids was an amazing strategy game but what made it truly great was the level of detail and polish they put into that game.

It is rare (har har) that a 3rd party developer can create a game that feels like a 1st party Nintendo developed title.
