I don't think it will work. You need to load a completed game save (which sets you in Cerberus HQ).

I have a feeling that this thread will get very funny very quickly.
A bit ambivalent, one the one hand it was sort of a plothole that they fixed, on the other hand... We gamers need to be fed this stuff don't we?
I fully expect it to hit its third iteration by tomorrow where GAF has had meltdown after meltdown about how this made it better/worse.

I bit off topic but I was amazed how shoehorned in the videologs were in that section, not the place for it and only information that tries to patch the cracks of ME2.
