Nice legs for Yoshi and Layton. Never even heard of the Namco puzzle game before. Wii games seem like they're going to stay around those numbers for a while.

By my count, 12 out of the 22 NDS titles in the chart are third party titles.

i said wow?

100% of the PSP games on the chart are third party titles.

Third parties simply do better on the PSP.

Wii sports performance is insane.

I think we have brain training/animal corssing game here.

I can see it selling 4 million when holiday season 2008 arrives.

Did More Brain Age just end its record streak of consecutive weeks in the top ten?

I believe it's been out of the top 10 a few times after christmas. Never below 15 though.

OTOH, First parties sucks big time on PSP, since 0% of the PSP games on the chart are first party. Poor Sony.

Question : Is X360 going to see significant increase of marketshare caused by the AC6, DMC4 going to them, in addition of PS3 ?

Go DQM:J! :D

Seriously... Are there any third-party games in history that have shown the kind of legs this game has? Not counting budget re-releases at least. Others may have sold more initially, but DQM refuses to drop off the charts.

The original DQM had strong legs too.

And five of those are in the top 10. This third party success on a Nintendo console is a fluke.

I want to try this off the top of my head, though I'll likely be beaten before posting:

Super Mario 64 DS
Wario Ware Touched
Tamagotchi Connection
Brain Training
More Brain Training
Big Brain Academy
Animal Crossing
New Super Mario Bros
Pokemon Pearl
Pokemon Diamond
Final Fantasy III
Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker
Mario Kart DS
... hmm

Love and Berry and Kirby are pretty close...but that's all I can think off of the top of my head.
