I wonder if Sony is even still manufacturing these things anymore (although we probably would have heard about it if they had shut down all manufacturing completely). They still aren't anywhere close to even selling out their launch-day shipments yet in Japan. And the Go isn't putting up any worthwhile numbers anywhere else in the world either.
It actually probably makes a price drop more difficult for Sony when you get down to the ridiculously low manufacturing numbers that the Go must be at right now. Once you cross a certain numerical threshold, it becomes quite a bit more expensive to manufacture once the numbers get too low.
I have to wonder why they even still bother with the PS2 top ten any longer. Damn near the entire top ten is like 2,000 units for the whole month. I'm not sure why they haven't switched over to reporting the PSP monthly top ten or the PS3 monthly top ten instead.Chris1964 said:April is out but Road didn't post it yet so here it is
