Looks like Luigi's Mansion 2 is going to sell through its first shipment. Whoops, didn't realize it was a 350K shipment.

Are there any new releases for Vita next week? It would surely help keep it's momentum.

Wii U is definitely going to go down next week.

I mean I must be missing something about the game or I can't imagine why they would release a game like that now. Guess they just had to :/

Everything about the game seems to be something I wouldn't want for my brand new HD Nintendo machine.

I hope the Nintendo moneyhat for the DQX port was worth it. 33K for a mainline DQ is pathetic even if it's a port. Probably the worst number ever for a mainline DQ. SE better be careful to not let DQ go the same path of decline of FF.

According to Garaph, the Wii version sold 75,648 in total, including the budget reprint. With the Vita version, it is possible that the Vita version outsold the LTD of the Wii version (not including the budget reprint) counting digital sales.

People also need to remember that DQX was already released on the Wii, so anyone expecting large numbers were kidding themselves. Japan has never been big on ports, especially when they're a console port of a console port.

It's gonna explode again once DQXI hits the 3DS.

According to famitsu, DQX sold from 60-80% of it's initial shipment, so i think it managed it's expectations.

But Wario was a undeniable bomb. That's for sure.

Probably not. I told my students the game was made in the west, and they looked at me like I was crazy and said I was lying. Hahahaha.

So 4 month to finally release a new first-party game to just sell below 25.000 units in its debut. This is so embarrassing for Nintendo.

Animal crossing went up this week. God damn the legs on that game are just mind blowing. Glad to see Luigi doing well.

The vita held up better than i expected not sure how long it will last looking at the software schedule though. That is just dire for the wii U, nintendo really need something to kick start this thing.
