I'm really happy for Fire Emblem. I would have bet a sub-50k performance. And next week is Golden Week, i.e. it could reach 400k.

Looks like the Vita still has a chance if they release friggin games.

Not a bad week, to be fair. Horrible to see Operation Raccoon City do so well, but the PSP titles did pretty nicely, all told. Quite telling that the Holy Trinity and Kid Icarus rose in sales, but still fell in position. Is it legitimate to place Kid Icarus amongst the Trinity at this point?

BTW, when was the last time we've had this many new titles in a week?

EDIT: PS2> 360 LET'S DO IT.

ORC probably selling for the same reason it did well in the states. Ciel no Surge really went above my expectations, crash reports keep rolling in though (even after an emergency patch update) and I have to wonder if it'll be another factor that slows vita sales going forward.

Hopefully there is a sharp drop with the next week of numbers. Are people just buying it because it has Resident Evil in the title? Seriously. Anyone know what Capcom's expectations are for the game?

Man, these ORC sales are bumming me the fuck out. If not even Japan rejects terrible, outsourced shooter spin-offs all hope is lost. lol

It's relieving to see that Fire Emblem is still selling really well. I had fears that it might be much more frontloaded than its precedessors, but the second week sales are still pretty strong.

Let's see if the stock problems will be solved in a timely fashion, but in the long run sales should top 400k in any case.
