Good Not good software sales I guess except for the top half. Not a single Wii U game in the top 20. :lol

Incidentally, Pokémon Rumble U at the top of the eShop charts for the last week, so may have been a decent Golden Week hit for Nintendo

Dragon Ball Heroes really went up this week at almost 15k in Famitsu and just barely over in MC. I follow Famitsu since that's what Garaph follows.

It has a good shot at passing 200k if BN keep up the advertisements and stock, probably not next week (because everything's going to fall post-GW), but maybe the week after. Then it'll quickly pass Dragon Ball Kai: Attack of the Saiyans DS.

3DS got a nice hardware and software sales bump from GW. Everything else either got a minor bump or just maintained position. Nintendo must be really pleased with the way things are going with the 3DS right now in Japan. 3DS is just on a different level from everything else right now when it comes to moving hardware and software.

Now, about that Wiiu...

Traditionally Nintendo systems do better during holidays- that could explain it. Of course, we are at such a low level of sales here, best to probably not analyze too deeply.

Tomodachi should pass the million soon, nice to see the audience for that game is still there. Wonder how leggy it will be (I kinda doubt it'll reach the original's level).

Luigi will get there eventually I guess, unless its legs suddenly collapse.

Animal Crossing still doing well, it's slowing down a bit but at least it seems Tomodachi didn't hurt its legs too much.

3DS hardware is good (kinda strange it's failing to reach last year's level though), the rest is meh to horrible. The Wii U has some pretty awful weeks ahead of it.

Vita went from ~8K to 11-12K to 9-11K then plummeted to 6K post-Golden Week.

So does the Wii U finally plumb those depths too next week?

Yup. How low can it get? Revelations is in a few weeks, and after that the only releases until Pikmin 3 July 13 is Western crap.

I bet we see a 5k number in June.

I think software is the main thing that creates bumps for Golden Week, and the other platforms just didn't have anything major. WiiU still has some evergreen titles that will help it, so the bump is understandable (though hardly significant given where it dropped to last week).

Yup it's doom and gloom huh. /sarcasm

Vita has been extremely consistent these last few weeks. People expected last week for the Vita to drop. It didn't. It's constantly pushing ~20K per week. Don't know what people are expecting. This is much, much better position then a few months go and a much better position than where the Wii U is at.

E3 ism't going to bring much for Vita besides maybe some first party games and Sony's 1st party is basically worthless in Japan.TGS is a long way away.

Constantly? It was restocked last week and this week is golden week. Before it had crashed down below 15k. Also, comparing it to wii u and the old vita is not a flattering comparison to make

Vita not too good for Golden Week. WiiU did a pretty decent rise over 1.5x increase. 3DS games showing that longevity that prove it is the market dominator.

Vita has been extremely consistent these last few weeks. People expected last week for the Vita to drop. It didn't. It's constantly pushing ~20K per week. Don't know what people are expecting. This is much, much better position then a few months go and a much better position than where the Wii U is at.
