Kenka Banchou Otome is an otome visual novel spin-off aimed at girls. I think it's unfair to expect similar numbers to the mainline games.

The games aren't really comparable. Otome's pretty much a straight VN about cute delinquent guys interacting with the main heroine. The audiences are totally different, and considering the genre, subject matter, and target demographics, YSO's prediction wasn't a very good one. Under 10k is pretty much the standard for otome games.

There's a Japan Community Project released this year for the original Doom, a set of polished maps you can play for he original Doom. It has taken several years to put together because the Japanese Doom community is so small and it's getting smaller every year

Uncharted was tuesday release though unlike majority of games in Japan (that are released at thursdays). More time to sell during first week = higher drop during second week.
