Two things to note:

- new Wii U bundle with Splatoon came out last week (explains the Splatoon and Wii U bumps)
- the Tales of Zestiria game is the PS4 version of last year game... not the new one (that's Tales of Berseria). Not surprised by the sales, given fans already bought it on PS3.

Splatoon is going to be pretty close to 2 Million(w/ digital) by the end of the year, I still don't understand why they just don't announce another update for Christmas nothing else is coming out for the holidays anyways.

The writing was on the wall for consoles in Japan long ago. Maybe not that low, but it was always going to be a severe decline that nothing short of lightning in a bottle was going to overcome.

You must mean discontinued. The big question remains if and how much Nintendo will rise the shipments. Since they introduced a new bundle there has to be some change at schedule.

I think we'll see a sequel. That's something they could get out the door in 2017 if they make it a priority. They can bring back some old maps to pad out the content at launch and then roll out new maps/weapons/gear for the next year or so.

actually Tales of Zestiria being 13th place is quite awesome, they had the game for a year, and now it is being released for Ps4 without the anime chapter, like the first print ps3 edition.

Most of the people already bought the game last year and in Christmas season, not to mention the game had a price discount last year, those who bought it this time might be getting prepared to buy Berseria in August.


Also, Splatoon is the best and no one can deny that.

The system got a really slow start at launch, you could almost excuse it for the vita at one point. That said, it has been rising since. I am a little more shocked that the Wii U hit that milestone itself a while back, wasn't expecting that.

I won't lie, I thought it was Tales of B at first and was like, "What the...?" but I noticed a few moments later lol.

By lurking Japanese websites this 3DS version seems to be received very well so far, so this may have some legs.

Also, Refrain is still on chart while Caligula isn't.. I really was expecting the opposite lol.
