Haven't followed a whole lot of reception for Tomb Raider post-launch, but was it seen by most as an Assassin's Creed-lite (and much more linear)? That's what it seemed like to me. Like Assassin's Creed (playing Rev, thinking of skipping III and going straight to Pirates) and liked Tomb Raider (tressfx was very nice, even if it really took a hit on framerate

Don't worry there's plenty of betrayalton left to happen, 3DS' lineup for next year is basically empty from third parties right now.
After DQx on Wii, I don't think the fanbase is ready for another beating. Of course they can go the ios route, but that doesn't mean its gonna pay off.
M&L is a case of overshipment, the numbers are actually pretty good, had they lowered the shipment abit it would be fine. Nintendo will just have to suck it up with lower profits this time.
