Media Create Sales: Week 39, 2015 (Sep 21 - Sep 27)

Two copies sold? That's not a bomb guys, stop trolling!!!
So any estimates, expectations for PS4 this week?
There is nothing to push it besides the price cut right?

Still I think 25k is achieveable.

That's way too low. Expect even 2x your expectation as a possibility, the range (IMHO) is between 40,000 to 50,000.

Wait, I know it's just 10 minutes left, but I was expecting some hints on the matter from the blog.

Hmm maybe you're right.

I just feel like a small price cut without any desirable software to go with it won't push the hardware too much.

But PS4's numbers did plummet in the recent weeks indeed so there may be some pent-up demand.

YW Busters still hanging there. Pokémon really a bomb. DQVIII might get the 900k mark eventually (it already sold 30k on the eShop).

Tokyo Xandu debut is really really good. It is going to close at 200+k ltd which is impressive for a new IP.

We're talking about Falcom releasing a Falcom style action rpg with Falcom style music. It's a great result no doubt, but it's in line with their other releases. It opened stronger than Nayuta no Kiseki, which is great, but not by that much of a margin. Xanadu also isn't a "new IP". :p

I find the Koei Tecmo RPG result more impressive honestly, because it seemed pretty risky and is actually something different for both Koei Tecmo and for Gust.
