What was going to happen happened... Splatoon out of the Top 20 for the first time this year (ever?). Minecraft PSV is now officially the game with the best legs for 2016. It's now too late for any other game to catch up, especially since Minecraft isn't going to leave the Top 20 anytime soon.

Also, 2DS doing ok.

Sadly Vita isn't the winner this week. Poor hardware and Demon Gaze bombed. At least the new Psychadelica game held well compared to the prequel.

PS4 tailing off already?

From now on it will get biggish releases pretty much every week to the end of the year. I doubt it.

Fifa going from 20.000 to 57.000 in just one year thanks to the Japanese League esclusive, i guess. I am talking about Ps4 version.

That and Konami is even cheapening out on next Live Powerful Professional Baseball on 3DS too, by not featuring complete Professional Baseball team if current rumor is correct. #FucKonami

What's releasing for PS4 in the coming weeks apart from Western games?

That uta game had a big drop but they're at 100k retail already, they must be happy with the results.

I don't know why you want to single out western games. Big western games are bigger sellers on PS4 than your average Japanese games.

I just don't know what Japanese games are coming while I know the Western games release schedule that's all.

Why are you guys saying Demon Gaze 2 bombed? It doesn't take a lot of effort to see how past EXP games performed and see it's selling just like any other EXP title.

First week was higher, but now, totals are almost the same and about to cross. PS3 version might leave the top 20 next week.

When a sequel sells half as much as its predecessor, then it's usually pretty safe to call it a flop.

Yep. 10,000 isn't much to big companies, but when your games generally only do about 20,000-30,000, it's a different story.

It's a slightly above average result for an Experience Inc. game. It's a poor performance as a sequel to Demon Gaze. And it's not going to get anywhere close to the LTD sales of the first.

It was a product of its time, just like Monster Monpiece. There was no way any sequel would sell half as much as the first game did.

Well, the writing is on the wall for some time that the moe dungeon crawler fad started and ended with the first DG.

That's a bad result for Demon Gaze no matter how you look at it. Also really weird to see Fifa on top of Media Create EA must be happy.

I wonder how World of Final Fantasy will sell, it looks like a cool game but there is no hype behind it. Does SE ever promotes it?
