Well, those are disappointing numbers for both Neptunia & Criminal Girls. Lowest selling spinoff for the former; selling as much as the PSP remake for the latter.

Holiday boost kicking in now? WiiU software and Minecraft all bumped.

Since it is now part of the yearly holliday bundle for Wii U, I doubt it will drop out of the top 20 this year. In contrast, due to the bundle I'm almost certain it will break a million.

what do you guys think about the PS3 as a whole? 10M is right there middle of the pack, not exactly a massive failure, but nowhere near the juggernauts

in your opinion, does it lean more toward success or toward failure?

Also, who was championing Blade Arcus from Shining EX as a good selling RPG in the other thread (nevermind it's a fighting spin-off of the Shining series)...I was expecting more from that. That's one of those games where the Comgnet pts/actual sales ratio is very high (it happened for Stella Glow as well).

The the year on year increase is almost equal to the total 3DS sales last week, MH is by far the biggest get for the 3DS this generation only YW comes anywhere close. The hardware bumps it gives completely buck all trends.

I think it had a great life in Japan, but not a terribly exciting one either. Time and lack of plausible competition helped.
Still far from a failure, but not sure at which point you can call it "a success". Success in yerms of software maybe?

Damn! Monster Hunter is insane in Japan, that's quite a bump for 3DS hardware. Splatoon is going to reach one million soon.
Nice hold for the PS4, I thought it would go below 20k this week.
