Figured it deserved a thread to let people know, especially since it comes with a Yoji Shinkawa numbered lithograph. It's probably already known, but there's a collectors edition guide.

EDIT: Note where it says "Exclusive to the Collector's Edition", this is not referring to the Collector's Edition of the video game. There is a Collector's Edition of the guide itself. The lithograph and extra content comes with the Collector's Edition of the guide. You can search Amazon or whatever to see the two.

EXCLUSIVE TO THE COLLECTOR’S EDITION
• A 16-page character gallery with background from the development team presenting the artistic choices they made in creating each game character.
• Includes a sequentially numbered lithograph created by Yoji Shinkawa printed on high-quality, textured paper.
• A Collector’s Edition hardcover.

Overview
• Written in conjunction with Kojima Productions and Platinum Games in Japan, this is the fifth Metal Gear guide developed by Piggyback.
• The 100% complete Walkthrough covers every step of the game and takes players through every combat encounter and boss battle, focusing on reaching the maximum S-rank on all difficulty levels, including the ultimate “Revengeance” mode.
• Highest quality screenshots relay battle strategies supported by annotated, top-down maps revealing the location of all collectibles.
• Reference & Analysis: A comprehensive tool offering in-depth analysis for all systems in the game including Combat, Moves & Combos, Customization, Weapons & Items, Enemies (with expert strategies to overcome each), and Achievements & Trophies.
• The Extras chapter covers maximum-score walkthroughs for all VR missions, all optional Codec conversations, all Easter eggs and Checklists for all unlockable Bonuses & Titles with details on how to unlock each.
• Quick-search, user-friendly tab system and a comprehensive alphabetical index.
• Includes unique, not-yet-seen, official artworks.

I'm utterly confused at all the non-standard versions of this game that exist.

Will I get this in my Lamp edition?

Shipping with my CE. I hadn't seen any details of the guide yet. Looks nice.

The EXCLUSIVE TO THE COLLECTOR’S EDITION is referring to the fact that this is the Collector's Edition of the guidebook, there's a standard one without those features underlined.

Seeing the cover is making me want to re-preorder this book. Fucking YES, what a cover.

Wait, I still have it preordered. NICE.

Yeah, guys, this doesn't come with the game's collector's edition, it is a collectors' edition of the guide. Separate purchase.

I really like how everyone's gone with using Piggyback in both Europe and NA if they got them for Europe, I liked what I used of their FFXIII guides and it seems most people really like them.

Added to my Wish List since it looks to be about as good as the legendary Bayonetta Official Guide.

Sweet didn't know this. Had it preordered since it turned up on amazon seeing as it's the closest thing to an artbook outside of the Japanese collectors edition. Plus Piggyback actually write decent guides (not that this game will need it).

Went ahead and pre-ordered; dunno if I'm going to be able to swing the game day 1, but I'm having flashbacks to the Bayonetta guide. I was extremely fortunate and got the LE guide for that one, but it's absurdly/rare expensive now. I doubt this will be like that at all, but still makes me paranoid.
