I think he is in the right, especially if he paid rent or contributed while living with his parents. Legally it should not matter (his stuff, his rules, and they obviously agreed to let him live there with it in the first place) though.

First, where can you get a house for $29k? Second, this was obviously a collection acquired over many years. He didn’t buy it all in 2019. And I’d be upset if people tossed my porn collection - 2019 porn is definitely inferior to the porn from previous decades. Most 80sporn was on VHS and has dissolved over the years, so a decent collection of old porn would be valuable to the preservation of porn history.

Nah. My cum closet had a modestly priced plywood floor with a water sealant on it. according to one article he had quite a bit of vintage stuff. Things from studios that are no longer around and cannot be found anywhere.
