A couple from Michigan are being sued by their own son for destroying a porn collection he says was worth tens of thousands of dollars. The distraught son is seeking some $86,000 in damages.

Trouble began after the man had moved back in with his parents for about 10 months in 2016 following his divorce. Later, when he had moved out and his possessions were delivered to his new address, he noticed one major absence: 12 moving boxes packed with porn movies were gone.

Eh, regardless of the hilarity of this being about porn, let alone someone BUYING porn in 2019, let alone someone spending more on porn than some would on a house. . .

I think he is in the right, especially if he paid rent or contributed while living with his parents. Legally it should not matter (his stuff, his rules, and they obviously agreed to let him live there with it in the first place) though.

First, where can you get a house for $29k? Second, this was obviously a collection acquired over many years. He didn’t buy it all in 2019. And I’d be upset if people tossed my porn collection - 2019 porn is definitely inferior to the porn from previous decades. Most 80sporn was on VHS and has dissolved over the years, so a decent collection of old porn would be valuable to the preservation of porn history.

Did he have his own amateur porn scenes? They'd surely cost few thousand to make and pay the persons involved

Maybe the parents sold the porn to cover the damages to the closet?

Nah. My cum closet had a modestly priced plywood floor with a water sealant on it. After wall scraping and replaing the jizzem drenched floor, that ate through the sealant, the total cost for repair was around $1400 at most. The cost of my dignity and total disappointment my parents had for me was far more costly than 29k.

That's a joke. I had more of a come cubby. I had a desk with doors on it. I loved that little space. My imagination ran wild,

Wow. You must have been rich. I had the carpet in my sister’s room.

How was porn worth that much in the age of Tinder, the internet, and free cams?

Unless he had some crazy retro and vintage collection.

according to one article he had quite a bit of vintage stuff. Things from studios that are no longer around and cannot be found anywhere. This article breaks it down a bit further and as messed up as this whole scenario is. I can understand his gripe in the matter. It's on par with someone destroying your gaming collection.

This loser moved back in with his parents and paid someone else to move his porn

Either that or his parents paid for someone to move his porn

In either case it’s his own fault for not doing the deed himself. This lawsuit is an utter joke tho they should sue him for court costs

I mean who even pays for porn? It’s usually 80 minutes of OK filth with 20 seconds of magic :D

The balls on this guy. He has to move back in with his parents and still has the guts to file a suite over his porn collection.

I can just imagine what the judge is thinking or everyone else in the court LOL.

But if it was your trading card or comic book collection most would have the same thoughts.
