Bandai Namco announced Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 2 for PlayStation 4 during the 2017 PlayStation Press Conference in Japan. It will launch in Japan in 2018.

The original was a F2P multiplayer game set in the early UC for the PS3; this looks like it'll be similar. Hopefully the english voiceover implies a western release, but I'm not holding my breath.

First was one of my favorite mp games last gen, definitely my favorite Gundam game

First was easy enough, some part customization and such you won't understand but people made guides quickly for it.
