Also there are files in the gamemode folder for dropzone which seems to deal with a drop pod you capture and defend and move on to another area and capture a new one

Flashbangs, Smoke Grenades, Probe Droids, Viper Droids?
Drop Zone gamemode includes 'flags', New mode: Hero hunt, New mode: Domination,
New Weapons: DLT20A, CA87, DL44, RT97C, SE14C, T21,
It seems you get team specific guns but you can buy them with credits to use them on the other team.
Drop zone player count: 16, Supremacy player count: 40
Rank system unlocks new guns and goes up to at least 29

I'm shocked we haven't seen more content with the game only being months away. Are there any special events or anything coming up where would they may show more information? I'm at that point right now where I enjoy surprises, however, I want more!

Is there any info on server browsers? Last I heard, it seemed like DICE was removing them (some alpha files pointed to that). This would be a deal breaker for me.

It's probably because when you play the Alpha your gamer tag is floating around the screen

Imo once you go over 16 players per team the returns on player-count are diminishing. 60 vs 60 looks as impressive as 24 vs 24, and I've played lots of multiplayer games with variable counts. Heck, The Last of Us has impressive scale sometimes and it's 5 v 5.

You probably weren't being serious though. Duurrrr.

It all depends on the scale and the design of the game. BC2s 12 vs 12 worked well cause it was designed around that number. But planetside with 12 vs 12......ghost town.
 
Holy cow, this has to be the worst breaking of NDA I've ever heard of - "Here is all the code from the closed alpha and other files converted to a readable format .txt".

edit: wait have they come out and said that or we just going by the alphas that have been out i gotta look into this

edit of a edit: hmm looks like it wont be straight up battlelog battlelog but they are making something like it just for this game so who knows how the server stuff will work heres hoping people can put up custom servers
