As a piece of fanservice fluff PxZ2 is doing a lot more for me than the original. Kazuma/Majima from Yakuza, Ryo, Segata Sanshiro, Chrom/Lucina, and Phoenix Wright are all more exciting to me than anyone in PxZ was except the Sakura Taisen characters and maybe X/Zero. Well, now that I think about it I enjoyed the Capcom side but the Sega side felt a little lackluster, so I'm glad this rectifies that to an extent.

They're nintendo but there's some legal mumbo jumbo as well not fully putting them as 1st party? Not arguing just thought that was the case. Which is why for example if we saw more "nintendo" character it would be stuff like Pandoras Tower or The Last Story. Not stuff like metroid and the like.

Depends. If they went with their Namco designs they'd look much better. Hell, Klonoa looks more cartoonish than them. And honestlyt he Aparoid shenanigans fit well in PxZ much as it would fit in SRW.
